Velvet Label Hair Company was established in May of 2021, by founder and CEO Love Mensah (yes, that is her real name lol).  Love is a NJ native born to African immigrant parents who instilled in her the core values of hard work, honesty, humility, perseverance, and pride.  It is with these values that she bases her unyielding work ethic.
